Send us your logo and card details. We prepare a proof, and the package includes two revisions before you approve the final. Design and engraving setup are included in the per-card price. Nothing is cut into metal until you sign off on the proof.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files. Vector files are preferred for the best quality. If you only have JPG or low-resolution files, our design team can recreate your design at no additional cost.

We do not offer arbitrary custom colors. The card comes in eight anodized finishes: Monaco Blue, Skyline Blue, Forrest Green, Honey Orange, Rosewood Red, Blush Pink, Fine Black, Stone Black. Our anodized aluminum cards are extremely durable. They're water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and won't bend or tear like paper cards. With proper care, they'll maintain their appearance for years.

Simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough materials that could scratch the surface.

The minimum order is 20 cards. Orders of 200+ are produced in an allocated batch and quoted before checkout.

Standard lead time is 7–10 days after you approve the proof. That covers design prep, laser engraving, quality checks, and packaging.

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), expedited shipping (1-2 business days), and overnight delivery. All orders include tracking and insurance.

Upon request, we do ship worldwide. International orders typically take 7-14 business days depending on location. Custom and duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
