Privacy Policy

When you place an order, request a sample, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and company or organization name. If you place an order we also retain a record of what you purchased and when.

To produce your cards we store the artwork files you upload — logos, layouts, and any supporting assets. These are held in secure file storage provided by Vercel Blob so our production team can prepare your proof and run your batch.

Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers and related payment credentials are entered on Stripe's infrastructure and never touch our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited metadata (such as the last four digits and billing name) needed to reconcile your order.

When analytics and cookies are enabled, we may collect basic usage information — pages visited, approximate location, and device type — to understand how the site is used. Cookies used for this purpose are not required to place an order.

We use the information above to:

• Produce, proof, and fulfill your made-to-order cards.
• Process payment and send order and shipping confirmations.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Keep artwork on file so we can reprint or reorder without asking you to re-upload.
• Maintain the security of the site and prevent fraudulent orders.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded artwork for anything other than producing your order.

We keep order records for as long as needed to support reprints, accounting, and legal obligations. Your uploaded artwork is retained so that reorders and reprints are effortless.

If you would prefer your artwork be deleted after your order ships, let us know and we will remove it from active storage. You can request deletion at any time by emailing admin@arsmediaagencyllc.com.

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the business. Each processes only the data needed for its function:

• Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
• Vercel — website hosting and encrypted file storage (Vercel Blob) for uploaded artwork.
• Postmark / Resend — transactional email, such as order and shipping confirmations.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and abuse protection on our forms.
• Analytics — aggregate usage measurement, when enabled.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email admin@arsmediaagencyllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
