Shipping
Effective 2026. Here is how long your order takes to make, how it travels, and how it arrives.
Production lead time
Every order is made to order, so the timeline has two parts: production, then transit. Our standard production lead time is 7–10 days, measured from the moment you approve your proof. We begin engraving only after approval, which is what keeps quality consistent across the batch.
Transit time is added on top of production and depends on the method and destination below.
Methods and tracking
Orders ship via a tracked courier service. Once your batch leaves our workshop you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
If you have a firm deadline, tell us before you approve your proof and we will confirm whether an expedited option can meet it.
Packaging
Cards are staged for presentation — squared, protected, and packed so they arrive flat and unmarked, ready to hand over. The unboxing is part of the product, not an afterthought.
Domestic delivery
Domestic orders ship from our workshop and typically arrive within a few business days of dispatch once production is complete. Your tracking number reflects the current estimated delivery date.
International and customs
We can ship internationally to many destinations. International transit takes longer than domestic, and orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Ship-from and questions
Orders are dispatched from Union City, New Jersey. For any question about a shipment, email admin@arsmediaagencyllc.com with your order number.
