Terms of Service

Every order is produced to order. We do not hold finished inventory; each batch of 20 cards or more is laser-engraved on anodized aluminum specifically for you, in one of our eight finishes. Because the cards are personalized and manufactured on demand, production begins only after your artwork is approved and payment is received.

Our standard production lead time is 7–10 days, measured from proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional and is described on our Shipping page.

When you upload artwork, you warrant that you own it or hold the rights and licences necessary to reproduce it, and that engraving it will not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You are responsible for the content of your files.

You grant Vantage Lab Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and modify your artwork solely as needed to prepare proofs and produce your order. We do not use your artwork for any other purpose.

Before we engrave anything, we prepare a digital proof for your approval. Your order includes up to two rounds of revisions to get layout, spacing, and finish right. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately.

Once you approve a proof, that approved layout is what we produce. Please review proofs carefully — approved spelling, contact details, and artwork are treated as final.

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production begins — that is, before you approve your proof and we commit your batch to the engraver. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled because the cards are personalized and made specifically for you.

Base pricing is $3.5 per card, with a minimum order of 20 cards. A physical sample is available for $19.99. Larger production runs may be handled through a confirmed quote before checkout. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise, and any applicable taxes or duties are additional.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to your order. Quotes provided for larger or custom runs are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Your order is backed by The First-Batch Guarantee. Full details, including what it covers and how to make a claim, are described on our Returns & Refunds page and on the guarantee page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Lab Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for errors present in artwork you supplied and approved.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
